Is being human as hard for everyone else as it is for me...geez?! What is self-care? It is prioritizing your health, well-being and needs as a necessity like brushing your teeth and not a luxury that you do when you find the time. I am very sensitive to my surroundings and easily lose my mojo....completely. So, I have learnt a lot about taking care of myself over the years and I love to share my little road map that I have created to achieve and maintain well-being. I am a work in progress and in addition to share what I have learnt I love to connect with and learn from others. In my personal opinion self-care can help with some serious challenges like addiction, physical illness, depression and relationship problems.
Training & Qualifications
I learnt about self-care the hard way which is sometimes the best way, by reaching rock bottom on several occasions during my life. I am an experienced Holistic Therapist who helps others achieve Body, Mind & Spirit balance and bliss through counseling, energy work and healing touch.
