I will walk you through how to do Compassionate Inquiry as a way to work through any difficult emotions that may have roots in early trauma.
Compassionate Inquiry is a way of learning to hold yourself in a caring and supportive way and release emotional pain. As people, we often do not know how to do this effectively because of experiences early in life where we did not receive what we needed to feel uplifted and confident to be your whole selves. If you are struggling with emotional patterns that are holding you back, have tried many things and don't seem to be able to heal in the ways you desire, Compassionate Inquiry may be a way for you to go deeper within yourself to become freer and more content in life.
Training & Qualifications
I am a registered Integrative Health Coach. In April 2020 I completed an intensive one-year training in Compassionate Inquiry, the approach to trauma healing developed by Dr. Gabor Maté MD.
*Note I am not a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner but have extensive background in mental health.
