We as the consumer have taken the control over the music industry from the record labels and handed the power to ourselves as individuals. Now it is up to each one of us artists wether or not we make it. The internet has become a very powerful tool in regard to gaining exposure, and if used correctly can lead to a substantial career. I also consult on production from time to time, although usually only locally I have never consulted on a project virtually, however, I am willing to attempt it.
