Are you carrying around anger and resentment? Forgiveness is NOT about agreeing with the way you were treated, forgiveness is about releasing the past so that YOU can be FREE. I will do a self love coaching session where we work with affirmations, psychodrama, and mirror work to forgive the past. Life is to short to live it in suppressed anger and victimhood!

I am a clinical hypnotherapist, I have a degree in Human Development, I am a Body Positive and Self Love coach, and a NLP practitioner.
