What is COVID-19 immune boosting plan?
In short, it will a be personalized plan to improve your immune system by looking at your overall well-being. Our body function as a whole. Research shows majority of victims of COVID-19 is elderly aged 60+ or people with medical conditions such as lung issues, high blood sugar, diabetes, etc. With proper sleep, breathing, nutrition, hydration, thinking and movement, your body will be well-equipped to combat any virus and bacteria more effectively. When the body has what it needs to work effectively, it will do well. Each individual requires something slightly different because we are as different on the out as we are on the insight.
How does the coaching work? It will be about an hour where we will:
-Get to know each other a bit.
-Go over your primary concerns and a few simple and easy action steps to improve your situation.
-Go over any questions you may have regarding health and wellness.
Experience:
I have been helping others on their journey toward health since 2012. I have worked with clients who had low back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, jaw stiffness, neck issues, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and more. And through applying the 6 principle of health, they all have improved their symptoms. The 6 principles are breathing, sleeping, hydration, nutrition, thinking and movement. This is a beginning of my 12-24 weeks of wellness coaching program. The spots are limited due to the amount of time it requires from me.
