I know that going through severe emotional trauma can have profound effects on many aspects of your life. Sometimes it helps to simply tell someone about what happened to you without fearing judgment or apathy. I'd love to be that ear for you, as well as help you figure out some coping techniques that work best for you. I'm happy to chat through Simbi or connect on Skype, etc--whatever helps you most!
