I love cooking — I've taken many cooking classes and I specialize in Moroccan and vegetarian cuisines. I also love gardening, which I'm fairly new to. I started my first outdoor garden two years ago with herbs and last year built up to tomatoes, herbs, several peppers, kale, lettuces, beans, and more. I'm currently working on my indoor winter food garden. I've recently started fishing (including in the waters around NYC), which has been quite an adventure.

One of my biggest passions is traveling and have been to 26 countries, including countries in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe. I even lived in Morocco for two years as a Peace Corps volunteer.

My other main passion is tech. I work as a software product manager and I care deeply about bringing more diversity into tech industry. I am a mentor for several organization that introduce girls to the tech industry and would be happy to help anyone get their feet wet.
