I will also work with you to create an excercise routine that best benefits your needs and time constraints. I will work with you throughout your journey to the health you desire.
Training & Qualifications
I have created plans for myself where I have lost over 80 pounds with hard work and determination. I created a biggest loser challenge at work and watched numerous people succeed in their goals to live a healthier happy lifestyle. I was chosen to speak at meetings of over 100 people at a time to show them the successes and how to achieve them with hard work and determination whole also understanding how weight loss works
