I will provide 30 minute phone consultation for working parents. Whether you feel that you got it down or if you are totally struggling, I can meet you where you are and guide you to a more balanced life. Most of the time changing one habit right now, before bed, can make the biggest difference in our lives. I can help identify strengths and weaknesses in your strategies, and help you make the choices that will positively affect your family. I hope that by sharing what works for my family I can help you be the best working parent possible.

Training & Qualifications
I am a working mother of two. I have a B.S. in psychology and a M.Ed in progress in Education Technology. After my son was born in 2012 I was a stay at home mother for four months. I found part time work and did that for a year. I transitioned to full time work and finally felt aligned. When I joined the workforce full time I felt adjusted. Since then, I've learned tips and tricks to make it work. Simple things like morning and night time routines that help me reconnect with my son. Ways of visualizing my work day that make it easy for me to focus and disconnect when my shift is over.
