I will send you a written guided meditation that you can memorize or record for you to do.
We will spend 10-20 minutes chatting via phone, Zoom or Skype to talk about how you meditate and what you are wanting to accomplish while meditating. I will then write a guided mediation tailored to what we have talked about.
This is perfect if you are looking for a meditation that will work for you. Some people don't want to be in a meadow or in water, some people want to deal with anxiety and not depression or maybe both. You can connect with guides, those who have passed, the elements, work on your chakras, the possibilities are endless.
We all meditate differently, some just want to listen to drums or other music and run through the meditation in their own head, some people need to hear a voice to stay on task. Whichever works for you, this will help you achieve the results you are your way.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified meditation teacher who has been meditating for a long time. Learning how to meditate, I found voices to be distracting and had trouble with intentions.
Learning to meditate using just drums and written thoughts helped me immensely, so I learned how to do it.
