My family was once a proud maple syrup maker; therefore, I grew up eating a lot of stuff with maple syrup! It has more to offer than only be served with pancakes.
You would be surprised to know how much you can cook with good maple syrup!
If you offer me 5 simbi, I will give you one simple tasty recipe (main dish or dessert, as you want) with maple syrup.
As examples, I have recipes of maple syrup with lamb, pork, chicken, salmon and the best pie ever! (for sugar addicts only!)
Training & Qualifications
I am Canadian and a maple syrup lover. My family used to own a sugar shack and I am used to use maple syrup in a lot of recipes.
It is sometimes possible to replace sugar by delicious maple syrup.
Availability & Preferences
