This offer is for a review, analysis, and personalized recommendation concerning estate planning. This offer is for a legal review only and does not include drafting of documents (which, in my practice, are always customized in accordance with client specific needs). The way it works is that you can mail, scan, or personally deliver your estate planning documents to me for review. After I've had a chance to read them and have also had a chance to speak with you in person or on the phone about your specific circumstances, we will schedule a personal meeting in my office or a virtual meeting using your web browser and phone line to go over my advice and recommendations. This personalized review will require approximately one to two hours of my time as an attorney, including the time I spend reviewing your documents, discussing your situation with you, and explaining the reasons for my recommendations. Please note an important point: Because I am licensed as an attorney only in South Carolina, this offer is limited to residents of South Carolina.
