1 Hour Intro to Weightlifting

I will give you a hands on tutorial on the basics of barbell weightlifting. This service is specifically geared towards people who may be intimidated by the idea of entering a weight room by themselves. I can tailor what we do for your needs.
You will receive a FREE entry into my gym (I can invite a different guest per day for free), which has locker room and showers, and hands on technique and instruction by me. After your session, we can talk about helping you make a plan to continue your fitness journey and I will give you resources to look up.
I am obsessed with safety. I will only teach you safe technique and will not have you do more than you can handle.
Training & Qualifications
My credentials: 5 years lifting weights, won awards at four powerlifting competitions, lifted at one Olympic style weightlifting meet.
Availability & Preferences
We need to go when the gym is staffed, which is 9-8. I am free after work, so 5-8 weekdays. Weekends, we can talk about.
